TH-2000 anti-corrosive coating of water cooler room temperature curing（ZHONGHAI system）

    Using scope of coating     

1.Water cooler, condenser, convert absorber, salt heat exchanger, water storage tank, water tank in petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, ocean project, power generation and medicine. 
2.The designed working temperature is within150℃ ~200℃

     Suitable coating material     

1.Fresh water, ocean water, bitter alkaline water, salt industrial recycling water, distilled water and steam. 
2.Weak-acid medium and alkaline medium, sulphur medium ,can resist steam purging. 
3.Gaslion, fuel oil, solvent oil. Crud oil, engine oil, vacuum pump oil and other oil-water high temperature exchanger.
    Technical property of coating      

1.Ingredients of the coating: TH-2000 corrosion resistant coating of water cooler belongs to normal solidified coating with dual package; part A can be divided into organic resin, colors, auxiliaries and grinded solvent; part B is curing agent. The coating is broad-spectrum with high performance, good physical performance, good water, oil and alkaline resistance.
2.Coating Performance: Because of room temperature curing, the consumption of dry-type coatings can be saved using corrosion resistance coating for steam purge water coolers, but also be seen to shorten the construction period, coating evenly smooth, flexible hard,physical and mechanical properties nd chemical properties stable. Detection index of coating quality. 

Detection of apperance: the surface is clean, no foreign matters, no bubbles,no flows, the color and the sense are unanimous. 
Depth of coating: according to the standard SH/T3540, the depth of dry film is 150±30μm. 
Sideleakage of coating: tested with electrical spark aparatus, re-painting if there is any leakage of coating film. 

Detection of coating film: before installation and use, trying to avoid any mechanical collison or flexible friction in the process of transportation and removal repair.
